Shipping policy

Due to the perishable nature of the product, all sales are final and no returns will be accepted.

A confirmation email will be sent to you notifying you of the delivery date. If the delivery date needs to be rescheduled, please notify us at least 24 hours prior to delivery.

If there is an issue with the quality of the product, please contact JB Meat and Seafood (Tel: 416-903-6612) within 24 hours of delivery and we will work to resolve your concerns.

Please ensure someone is on-site at the requested time slot on the delivery date. If no one is on-site to accept the delivery, the package will be left at your front door/lobby. In this scenario, JB Meat and Seafood will not be responsible for any lost packages and the customer will have waived their claim on any quality issues related to the product.
